I can't access my O2 and I need to pay my bill

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If you want to avoid problems like this going forward, set up a Direct Debit. It's what you're supposed to do.

If you are trying to access MyO2 via the app, I suggest that you delete the app, reboot your handset and reinstall the app. 

You can also try logging into MyO2 using the link at the top of this webpage.
