Applying Military Discount

I am trying to get my military discount applied to my contract but it won't allow me to do it. 

I have text 61202 and stated Open and stated Military, HM Forces and Amy01 but still not accepting it.

For the Open Discount code you normally have to do it via the website, and have your code from usually the HR Dept, so whichever is the equivalent in the Army (I think its part of the Adjutant General Corps).

Then follow the advise given by @Cleoriff to sign up.
