I have claimed £10 airtime rewards According to them it is sitting on my account but has not been taken off my bill they told me to contact o2 i phoned them to be told I wasn’t through to the right dept She said she couldn’t transfer me, put me on hold then the phone cut out Can anyone help please

I’ve just had an email from o2 to say they’ve removed the bars Roaming data and Roaming bar after telling me therewere no bars on my account Do they know what they’re doing?
