@Helen2 This is not O2. This is a customer community. If you didn't pay until Friday, it may not get credited to O2's account until Monday or Tuesday. You'll also need to contact O2 to make sure the bar is removed from your account. Either use Live Chat in the morning, or you can call customer service for free from any phone on 0800 032 1402. If you're going to call, best time to avoid a long wait is 8-8.30 am.

Check if it is showing as paid in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
If it is, try restarting your phone.
