Hi, I've just joined O2, transferring my Virgin mobile number to my new sim. However, I'm unable to set up Airtime Rewards as my number has not been been accepted ("not an O2 mobile number"). This does not appear to be stipulated in the T&Cs, is there another way to take up this benefit offered to O2 customers?

You need to give it some time for all the systems to catch up and update.

Have you spoken to Airtime Rewards at all, as there Database will show the 07 prefix been owned by Virgin, and they maybe able to add you in quickly
