Hi everyone,
If you’ve logged into the My O2 website in the last few days you will have noticed a big change: we have now launched a complete re-design of the homepage!
This has been a huge overhaul update, based on customer insights and feedback, and here are some of the main new features:
- Updated aesthetic.
- Overall alignement with the rest of the O2 website, so the look and feel of the pages is consistent across the board.
- Key journeys now featured more prominently for easier access (Upgrades, Tariff changes, and Bolt-ons for example).
- Optimised responsive experience across desktop and mobile web.
