Shouldn't be too difficult to figure out with the right problem solving tools.

Thanks everyone for giving us details on this issue and sorry this isn't solved yet @Cleoriff @MI5 @Pennywren @Anonymous @gmarkj 

 

We are still looking into this as it strangely only seems to affect certain accounts but I will keep you updated and hopefully we will have this fixed soon slight_smile

I`m using Chrome and had issue yesterday and still got the same problem this morning with same message as @Pennywren and @Anonymous posted with their screenshots even though I`m on laptop.

Had pm from @TheresaV who has taken details and getting O2 to look into this.

@TheresaV Hi, no it's still the same for me, same error -  ERR_CONNECTION_RESET (The connection was reset) - Windows 10 Edge Browser

I have also tried an old version of Internet Explorer and Chrome Browsers too, both return errors also.
