No compensation then for inconvenience just if WE contact THEM we will get a refund - surely this should be automatic as they must know who is affected and who isnt! So they make more money with people calling to obtain a refund?? How many of us would hold for 30 mins+ for a days refund??

Rick: There's a network problem which we're facing at the moment. Our network engineers are working on it and will get resolved within 24-48 hours. We're trying to resolve this as early as possible. richie: So how can i not use my phone to make calls or txts and the others in my house can is it only affecting certain phones? Rick: We've few customer's who're getting network. Don't worry we're known with this issue and have a special team working on it and should get resolved soon.
