No emails for over 24 hours. This is so frustrating as, it seems,  nobody can find any information. I cannot contact my family and also I am waiting for some very important information. I've always found O2 very helpful and efficient, what has happened to them? I too will be making an official complaint if nothing is resolved by the end of the day. There are thousands out there relying on this service to run businesses but nobody at O2 seems to care! Come on O2, get your act together!!!!

We can only advise, people do what they feel is best or just can't be assed. Their choice ultimately!

If these complaints are from people still using O2 Email, they're asking for trouble. Smiley Frustrated

I think two year's warning is ample time for anyone to make other arrangements. If the O2 servers go down for good, which they will eventually, particularly in light of the imminent Three takeover, anyone still using O2 mail as ther main source for email will have no one to blame but themselves.

There doesn't appear to be any recent threads started, so it looks like the current crisis has been resolved. Unfortunately, people who are still using O2 mail will go back into complacent mode and do nothing to alter their situation....until the next time.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Yes and next time isn't too far in the future. Take heed people, no sympathies here I'm afraid.
