WHEN WILL O2 ACTUALLY ANSWER MY COMPLAINT??

I am having such a dreadful time with O2 since having my phone stolen whilst in Germany. Countless emails are disregarded, 40 minute webchats result in NOTHING! Emails to Complaint Resolution - nothing!!

 

Currently I have been without a phone for two weeks and I do need it for medical reasons.  Yet NOTHING is sorted out by O2!  How I wish I could afford to buy myself out of my contract and go with a company that actually cares!

 

Is there anybody out there who is also having problems with direct interaction with the company?

If your phone was stolen you have to claim off insurance or buy a new phone. O2 won't just give you a new one. It's not clear from your post what the actual nature of your complaint is ?

You haven't said what you expect O2 to do, if you're not insured you will have to buy a replacement phone.

My thoughts to perksie - I think they expect O2 to hand over a new phone because they had theirs stolen.....???

crawlingthewall: If you dont have insurance you wont get any replacement. O2 can only block your sim and give you new one and if You had smartfone it could be block.
