The biggest scam of all right now with VMO2 has to be their telephone support - hours wasted, dropped calls, no call-back, forum replies going to Spam and the dreaded Forum pop-up, 3 times in 25mins so far this morning

The mere fact @pgn that the Chief Executive has felt compelled to write a blog about "Transforming our service: How we’re investing to better support every customer" speaks volumes. 👍

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

He (or his minions) has put out similar before, especially when O2 get a pasting.

He talks about increases training but they can't get early termination due the the price rise right at the moment

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
