Web top up page is broken

Just curious if O2 is aware that the web top up page is broken? Specifically when I want to enter my payment details. I can see it remembers my card, but the page automatically redirects me before I can insert the CVV.

It redirects to the following broken link: https://myo2payg.o2.co.uk/webtopup/[object%20Object]

The Javascript console shows a bunch of errors as well. For what its worth, its been like this for more than a week now.

@bto1

Have you tried using a different browser?

Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

If having issues, you may want to use a voucher.

Contact 4444 or 4445 to speak to someone from PAYG.

NB. I'll tag @Dave-O2 who will be on tomorrow. He may be able to help.

Yes. I have tried both Brave and Chrome. Even in guest mode to ensure it wasn't anything related to browser extensions.

@bto1

I've tried it on my PC using Firefox and get the same message as you.

I've tagged our manager @Dave-O2 and hopefully he'll check out this thread when he's back tomorrow.

Watch out via email to see if he's responded Monday. 😉

Seems to be working now - but I never log in to my MyO2 account to top-up other PAYG phones in the house, just copy-paste the number to be topped-up from my contacts, past it into the   https://myo2payg.o2.co.uk/webtopup/details?journey=guest&isIELessThan11=false#/

Enter your details

The number you’d like to top up...
[______]
box and go from there, @bto1 - other ways to top-up already covered by @Cleoriff above.
Just successfully topped-up a phone a short while ago using this method, with no issues. Good luck.

@bto1

Yesterday, I tried the link  you posted. This morning I tried this one which works:

https://www.o2.co.uk/topup

Takes me to a page called 'Popular Ways To Top Up'

This gives you all the ways you can top up.

I clicked on Web Top up and I was in.

Hope this helps?
