The biggest scam of all right now with VMO2 has to be their telephone support - hours wasted, dropped calls, no call-back, forum replies going to Spam and the dreaded Forum pop-up, 3 times in 25mins so far this morning

He (or his minions) has put out similar before, especially when O2 get a pasting.

He talks about increases training but they can't get early termination due the the price rise right at the moment

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
