Recently upgraded 2 iPhones and both contracts in final few months of 3 year contract. App stated upgrade today with zero to pay on old phones. Also, I got offered Apple AirPods for £1 with a voucher after 30 days. Now found out I’m still being charged for both old phones and 02 saying they never offered this free upgrade even though I’m 99.9% certain they did. The app also normally tells you how must is left today on old devices and when I did upgrades it said nothing to pay. I would never have bothered upgrading otherwise. Went round in circles with customer service and I’ve given up now. Been chasing up the vouchers too as now well over 30 days and guess what…..no record of this offer either!! Feels like I’ve been completely mislead here. I’m a manager in retail and have a fairly decent attention to detail when it comes to this sort of thing. Anyone else had a similar problem???

For the AirPods its after 30 days and usually around 45 days this guide has the information Guide: Gift with Purchase  

For the upgrade issue you will need to prove you received an offer from o2, as otherwise it becomes a you said they said exercise.
