I've just attempted an early upgrade for the note 7, everything went OK until confirming order then a something went wrong error popped up, payment has been taken. Upgrade customer service said the orders still live and all I need to do is click the link to confirm but I keep getting the same error

Check your emails for the links to click on.
Then check back with CS as the website often gives this error.

Thanks for your reply. I contacted CS and they sent the link via email unfortunately that didn't work either, I got put on hold and she came back to say that there's a problem with all Note 7 pre-orders so I've just got to wait for them to get back to me

Thanks

Seems systems can't cope when flagship phones are launched. Doesn't bode well for next month...

They can work well enough to take payment though? So annoying that a system 'glitches' after they have your money.....

The system doesn't appear to be set up for preorders. It should take you to a thank you page rather than an oops page.

Just lost my post..... annoying....

not working for me either, and why is o2 so expensive?

3 mobile - £149 up front, £40 a month(8GB Data) = £1109

o2 - £9.99 up front, 57 a month(5GB Data) = 1377.99

The Gear VR isn't worth that much, why is it so much more expensive?

O2 will charge what they think people will pay.
If you can do better elsewhere, you should go there instead.
Just make sure you take everything into consideration.

I hear that, just seems like an excessive extra for £1 lunches on mondays!!

I would have ordered it already if the o2 website could handle the demands..... just getting a picture of a cat with a stick instead!
