Same issue here.
Cant complete the order just get the bloody cat.
O2 are so crap. We all pay a lot of money and they cant get the simple things done.
So Customer Support put a request in to IT to cancel the order as its stuck.
Got all the legal docs and no idea if the payment has been taken.
Not happy !

Exactly the same problem here.
Rang CS to be told there is nothing they can do and I just have to wait.
Bit incompetent really.
