I’ve just finished a phone call with an agent who helped me upgrade my phone and I really want to leave some positive feedback. I can’t remember his name unfortunately! He was however fantastic at his job. He spent an hour sorting my new phone contract out, discussing with me my options, and offering me a great deal! Very professional and knowledgable and helped me every step of the way which I really appreciated. I was even called back when the phone dropped which I find a lot of people don’t do that and then you’ve got to call them back and go through the whole automated calling process again. I’m hoping an admin on this may be able to use my account to forward this feedback back to his department.
