is there anyone else not having access to their incoming calls. I have not had this service from o2 for some weeks now. I have wasted many hours on the phone to o2 agent and still I do not have access to any of my incoming calls. I have complained many times to complaintreviewservice@o2 but have had no replies to any of my complaints. Does anyone know what I should do now Please?

@happyjoy

You will get a reply from the complaints team in around 8 weeks, and everytime you email in you reset the clock..   Also CS wont touch your account until the complaint is resolved.

 Did you port your number into o2 at any point? As it could be the network that owns your number has had an issue..

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

I have spent many wasted hours with countless agents from o2 over the past two weeks. They have sent me down many wormholes that got me very upset and frustrated. I have asked to speak to an o2 manager many times, told to hold, waited for up to 15 minutes each time and then I was cut off. I now believe they don't have any managers working for them. I live in the UK. My elderly father lives in Dublin , Ireland , he's in hospital and he cannot reach me on my mobile. None of my friends can reach me on my mobile and it seems not to matter how many calls I make to o2 and my complaints are being ignored. This matter is very urgent yet no matter what I try I cannot get it resolved

Can only suggest at this stage you get a PAYG SIM on another network and. give that number to your father.

If you have a phone that takes an eSIM. You could do a 30 day contact on say Spusu which would give you calls to the Republic of Ireland.

An eSIM would have you up and running today

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
