I have 2 accounts. These are 1 for my daughters mobile and 1 for myself. I cannot access my mobile account at all? I've tried all the live chat routes but nothing at all lets me access my account. It's as though it doesn't exist! Please help.

They are better suited to handling this type of anomaly with multiple lines on one account (or no, in your case?). Good luck!
