Upfront cost not working - multiple cards

I am trying to upgrade my device on O2 switch up online. I go through the whole process u til it comes to paying for upfront cost. And then it says authentication issue.  Contact bank. I did and no issues so I tried again. But a different card. Same issue. I contacted O2 and same issue on the phone. What is going on!!

Do yourself a big favour and do the switch up instore

Far less things to go wrong with O2 Recycle and your account

And don't forget to take valid photo ID along with you when you go to the O2 Shop to do the Switch up, @Lucyxo

I second @jonsie regarding Switch up in store.

Tóo many problems crop up here when it is online. Many to do with phones supposedly getting damaged in transit

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
