I am trying to upgrade my device on O2 switch up online. I go through the whole process u til it comes to paying for upfront cost. And then it says authentication issue. Contact bank. I did and no issues so I tried again. But a different card. Same issue. I contacted O2 and same issue on the phone. What is going on!!
