Me too... arranged delivery for today as its my day off...had text from UK mail yesterday afternoon confirming my new phone will be delivered today. Waited in from half 7 this morning, until 9pm tonight.. no show.. At 8pm, they update the tracking status to 'delayed' no apology.. no text... absolutley furious.. spent 20 mins trying to speak to someone on chat at 02 as the phone lines were closed, who said it will be tomorrow now.. Great! When I said how upset I was, I was offered five pounds as a good will gesture... what a joke!

This phone is well overdue now. As said before it is up to O2 to chase this up for you...don't be fobbed off with anyone telling you to contact UK MAIL..... until you receive your phone it is O2's responsibility
