UK Mail Non Delivery Useless Firm

Still waiting for my phone which was to be delivered yesterday. Apparently he couldn't find my house ! Meant to deliver today No ! Status is delayed - what does that mean ? They don't answer the phone or any queries. O2 need to change firms. I have been billed from 5/5/15 for my phone. God knows when i'll see it at this rate !

Great job...though I was a bit confused as to why it was Nightline Couriers...so I looked them up. They are partners with other delivery services ie
