More info
I made an upgrade then wanted to cancel it. To do this O2 asked me to return to the sender when the delivery driver came. That’s what I did, asked the driver to return to sender. He’s then said it was delivered when it wasn’t and I had to ring O2 for an investigation, after speaking with four different people and lots of empty promises, someone raised the investigation. They said they’d update me in ten business days. It’s been two weeks and I have not received any updates but they have now ordered an esim and cancelled the one that I am using. I have no way to call these people and get updates. This is absolutely ridiculous and I am still paying for the phone. Do not use O2!

You need to contact O2. Unfortunately, this is a customer to customer community so we cannot access your account or otherwise be of direct assistance.

I suggest that you can message O2 on social media :-

Facebook : https://o2uk.co/O2CFB

X (previously known as Twitter) : https://o2uk.co/O2CTW

Instagram : https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

The social media team are UK-based and have a reputation for solving problems.

A complete schedule of how to contact O2 is in :-
