Why is it that when you want a refund from O2, it takes ages...I returned a mobile to the local store on 04/11/16 and still no refund!
I want to lodge a complaint but there is no email address to lodge said complaint...wonder why!

It does take time unfortunately, 7-10 working days.

It needs to be scanned back into the system....and probably hasn't as yet..
