I was charger for an ipad upfront and the purchase was canceled due to credit checks and money still not received

It will be held by your bank as pending

O2 don't have the money

As it is a delined transaction your bank will put it into your account as available funds in 5-7 working days depending on their policcy

Check your account and you will see it as pending
