I left O2 and made my final payment on 03/06/24 £32.89 and was owed £16 + since then I have received email statements with deductions being made and my latest billup to 01/09/24 now shows I'm due -£14.71. How if Ive left O2 am I still being charged and more importantly How Do I Get My Money Back. What an incompetant business since they joined Virgin.
