Problem transferring data and apps to new phone.

I am trying to transfer data and apps from my old Nokia 5.4 to my new Pixel 7a. When I connect the two phones by cable to start the transfer my Nokia says I need to re type my security unlock PIN but when I do so it says it is the wrong PIN and the transfer won’t start. I am inputting my phone unlock PIN and have also tried the Nokia default 12345, neither works. I don’t have any other PIN to input. Help!
