I was horrifed when I received a £97 bill which he managed, with patience, to sort out for me.
Call centers need more people like Scott.
Someone from O2 management should go and find him and give him a pat on the back.

Hi there
I wold like to leave Nicole a 10+ after her superb help when I recieved a bill shock in may. A sim contract at 14.50 came to 70.00! yikes! Turns out I talk a lot. was a little cfused why I was charged for o2 to o2 though. I called in on the 14 may and she was brilliant friendly, and after sorting out things upgraded my tariff (which was in all honestly the best thing) wish i had recived an NPS but hope this reaches her as I didnt get her surname!
