Cancelled my o2 Upgrade

Hi,

 

Looking for some feedback guys, on Monday i upgraded my phone to the 16 Pro Max and it got stuck in processing. I managed to get them to cancel last night so i can go into store tomorrow, will the cancellation be shown by then?
