I have 4 phone lines in my family group, all signed in to priority separately.
They appear to have become linked so if I redeem an offer on my phone it shows up as offer already used on the other 3!
Please help.

My first suggestion would be to sign out each device, delete the app, reboot the phone, reinstall and sign in - making sure they all use different logins @Steve-M

Thanks for the tips, I have tried your suggestion but the problem is still there.

Hi Steve, I'm having the same issue and only realised after we all had the same code in Pizza Express! Did you get an answer or solution from O2?

I'm afraid not.
Customer service has been hopeless, I have given up.
This seems to be a problem for a lot of people with more than one line on an account.
