I was horrifed when I received a £97 bill which he managed, with patience, to sort out for me.
Call centers need more people like Scott.
Someone from O2 management should go and find him and give him a pat on the back.

Another nice post. There are more good advisers than bad in customer service and it's frustrating for them when they can answer around a hundred calls a day and only get feedback for one complaint. It's nice when customers take the trouble to post about a good experience!:smileyhappy:
