Dear O2 Team,

I’m writing to share a very positive experience I had at your Bentall Centre, Kingston branch on 19th July 2025 around 1:00 PM.

I visited the store to upgrade my contract from SIM-only to a phone plan, and I was assisted by Darius, who was absolutely outstanding. He patiently walked us through various phone options and promotions, explaining everything clearly and in detail. His calm and resourceful approach made the entire process much easier for us, and he took the time to understand our needs , something that’s increasingly rare these days.

When an issue came up with our credit agreement, Darius didn’t hesitate to follow up directly with O2 until the matter was resolved. He was thorough, persistent, and professional throughout.

I’d also like to mention that the other staff in the store were friendly and welcoming, contributing to a great atmosphere overall. It’s clear the team at this branch works well together and genuinely cares about their customers.

Please pass on my thanks to Darius and the team, they truly made a difference, and I’ll definitely recommend this store to others.
