Out of contract still being billed

Can i get my money back? Upgraded phone but still being bilet for old phone after centrach ended. Pressured theyd stop talking the money. Wasnt told to cancel direct debit!

Can you please provide more details? Were you with o2 and upgraded with o2?

If you were with o2 and you upgraded directly with o2 then you should only be billed for the new contractual arrangements.

I suspect though that you may have upgraded via a 3rd party? ??
