Ok so how are you being billed wrongly?
Surely you (or your partner) should be being billed £10 per month for that one and whatever your charges are for the new one?

Hi

the best option for you would be to contact customer services on 202 and explain when you ended your contract and ask fir the money back.

We are customers here with no access to your account.

Hope you get this sorted ASAP.

Was your new contract a refresh contract?
If so, you will see 2 direct debits going out for that contract - one for airtime and one for device plan?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Ok not sure how that can happen as you said your partner had your old number.
The only thing I can think of is that when you moved your old contract to your partner that o2 set up an account for her with a different number and are charging her for that and you are still being charged for your existing contract.

You will need to call Customer Services on 202 free from your o2 contract and explain what has happened and see if they might agree to cancel the old account. Whether they will refund you will depend on whether any allowances have been used on the old contract. They will want to see that it has not been used.

Whilst you should be able to get the old contract ended straight away I personally rate your chances of a refund as 50/50 and it would likely only be a goodwill gesture.

Please DO NOT use Live Chat for this. You must phone 202 and explain it there.

Please let us know how you get on
