Yesterday I noticed a change in the O2 community header (home page) whilst using my laptop

It happened half way through the day.

Luckily I was able to take a snip of what it used to look like as I had a tab open from when I first logged on

This is how it has always looked ...

After 1pm it looked like this ....

O2 top header 2.PNG

So to answer the questions I am sure will follow

1) This is on my laptop using Firefox 55.0.3 (latest version)

2) I have tried it on Edge and Chrome on laptop and it's also showing the 'new' second header

3) I have cleared cache and cookies...

So a few questions....

Why the change?

Has anyone else noticed the new header on PC?

Personally I find it a real annoyance. Half the tabs are no longer showing....the Apps tab can't be found in any of the sections.

There is no point asking me what it looks like on my phone as I use my laptop 99% of the time I am online and wouldn't notice if anything had changed on my mobile....

Definitely appears to be a CSS issue, however I'm seeing it on a couple of different PC's now. 😞

I did see the new header on my tablet last night, and all rendered correctly. In honesty, it will take a bit of getting used to however I did think it looked cleaner.

Looks can be deceiving though. It may look cleaner but is it better?...not in my opinion....

As said previously some info is missing....some links take you to limited information. ...

I could go on but have said it all previously. slight_frown

@MercedesSto add to the issues with the new header I have another problem.

I can no longer copy and paste images directly to the O2 forum. I have to save them to my picture file on pc and upload from there using the forum image box...

. No big deal for some but as I post a lot of images I find this time consuming. This started AFTER the new header took over my pc....:smileysad:

What do you need?
It only popped up on the O2 site. I tried the other tabs I had open with no issue, but on the O2 site it appeared for a good 5 mins before it cleared.
