Yesterday I noticed a change in the O2 community header (home page) whilst using my laptop
It happened half way through the day.
Luckily I was able to take a snip of what it used to look like as I had a tab open from when I first logged on
This is how it has always looked ...
After 1pm it looked like this ....
So to answer the questions I am sure will follow
1) This is on my laptop using Firefox 55.0.3 (latest version)
2) I have tried it on Edge and Chrome on laptop and it's also showing the 'new' second header
3) I have cleared cache and cookies...
So a few questions....
Why the change?
Has anyone else noticed the new header on PC?
Personally I find it a real annoyance. Half the tabs are no longer showing....the Apps tab can't be found in any of the sections.
There is no point asking me what it looks like on my phone as I use my laptop 99% of the time I am online and wouldn't notice if anything had changed on my mobile....

The MyO2 icon has changed and that now takes you to apps and other links that used to be found across the header.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

I'm still seeing the old header this morning, on Chrome.

Not for me. At first I thought it was a FF issue and before I tested it on Chrome and Edge my other half deleted FF and reinstalled. Still the same. Then I tested Edge and Chrome and it had changed on that as well. On laptop the app section can't be found anywhere.
I dont want to dwell on just that though...I want to know why it's changed?

Also I can't take a snip of what the 3 sections contain. As soon as I mouseover it disappears when I move off it to get snipping tool.
1) The Shop is unchanged.
Hopefully you can see from these links what I am seeing....

It has changed for me too!
It's the O2 website header, not the community header. We will try to get some info about it.

No change for me on W10+Chrome
Why has it changed for some of us and not others?
I can't be doing with this. I am all for change if it brings improvements..If not ..then it's just change for the sake of it...
It's obviously not changed for all though...the issue isn't affecting everyone!

I've been seeing this on mobile for a few weeks using Chrome. I can't try on PC unfortunately but are we talking the same thing? This is on full view.
