Yesterday I noticed a change in the O2 community header (home page) whilst using my laptop

It happened half way through the day.

Luckily I was able to take a snip of what it used to look like as I had a tab open from when I first logged on

This is how it has always looked ...

After 1pm it looked like this ....

O2 top header 2.PNG

So to answer the questions I am sure will follow

1) This is on my laptop using Firefox 55.0.3 (latest version)

2) I have tried it on Edge and Chrome on laptop and it's also showing the 'new' second header

3) I have cleared cache and cookies...

So a few questions....

Why the change?

Has anyone else noticed the new header on PC?

Personally I find it a real annoyance. Half the tabs are no longer showing....the Apps tab can't be found in any of the sections.

There is no point asking me what it looks like on my phone as I use my laptop 99% of the time I am online and wouldn't notice if anything had changed on my mobile....

I spotted it @Cleoriff - and wondered why clicking on the new big sign-in button results in a smaller Sign-in prompt that needs a click before offering up a Username prompt... thinking

I saw it on Chrome +W10, but I had been clearing out all the O2-related cookies just before...

@MercedesS - Ah, it needs two clicks to get to the "Username" screen currently, as I mentioned a little further up.

Is this on mobile or PC @pgn?

As I stated in my opening post I rarely, if ever, use my mobile to post on here. At my age I'm not going to start 'learning' either...My laptop has One Note with all relevant O2 links stored in there

This is a change that happened on my PC halfway through the day...Luckily I had a tab open which showed the previous (and better) header format.

Chrome on W10 on a laptop, @Cleoriff - occasionally, I use the laptop, especially when I need to craft a more structured reply wink

I have taken a screenshot of community header on my mobile. Funnily enough that hasn't changed and is nothing like @jonsie's mobile screenshot.

This is mine

This is @jonsie's view on mobile

Also one more problem I have discovered whilst trying to display the above images (via my pc)

I can no longer do a direct copy and paste of any image. I have to save the picture in my gallery and upload using the community image icon....Smiley Mad
