Hi I am currently abroad and my O2 number seems to have been disabled and there seems no way for me to contact O2 about this. I have tried a phone number I obtained online from a 3rd party website and also an email but none of them seemed to have worked. henceforth I would like to place a request for a phone number or an email ID through which I could contact O2. Thank you.

Best regards,

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

@vardan33 Download Skype: Guide: A Guide to Skype You can then call +44800 032 1402 for free.

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am UK time.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (now X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
