Cannot add a bolt-on online

Whenever I try to add a bolt-on online to make international calls from the UK I get the following error message "Something went wrong

If this continues, you can call us on 202 free from an O2 mobile, or on 0344 809 0202 from any other number.

We’re open 8am-9pm Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm Saturday and 8am-6pm Sunday."

Calling either of those numbers does not work either.

Both numbers are correct for contract customers. If you;re PAYG it's 

4445 or 0344 8090222

As a contract payer, is there any other way of contacting them you know of?
