O2 delivery delay

This is an update for all of the ppl waiting for their phones to be delivered, just like me... my phone has just been delivered!!!!!!!!!! Shocker!!!!! After placing my order on 2nd Dec, and being fobbed of ever since with excuses, it has finally arrived.. keep an eye on your text messages from dpd guys!!! I hope you all get what you're owed too!! Hi all, as of 16:30 on the 22/12/24 recieved absolutly nothing, just pathetic text message saying "your order is taking a little longer than expected our courier will be in contact"

Has this second rate company heard of reputational & financial damage........Clearly not.

Keep an eye on your texts. Downloaded the DPD app an put in your details and have a look. Not heard anything from 02 however I now have a parcel showing on the DPD app that says 24th for delivery from 02. 02 account now shows as order complete. It seems as though 02 are working this evening to get what they can out, I’m very surprised. I understand it won’t come tomorrow as DPD don’t collect from them on Sundays but who knows. I really hope there’s more people who are getting the DPD notifications 🙏

Ordered phone in store for click and collect on 22nd pixel 9 pro xl. Received first text from o2 that it's delayed and after an hour Received that it's ready to be collected from the store. Visited the store yesterday and they said my name isn't there. But on the app it says due to deliver today and in processing status. Any idea about this and why this happened?
