Any of you guys know how long before a repair job created in an O2 store is visible on the tracker. I have the ref etc but it keeps telling me that no repair exists.

If you follow advice on this link you should be able to track the repair. As it's the Christmas period they are probably a little behind with updating...http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=Companion,question=ref%28User%29:str%28Mob...

Sometimes the tracker doesnt actually work. Your better off sending the phone to the manufacturer

My smartphone was sent away for repair from my local O2 store at the beginnibg of December and was back repaired within 5 days. I tried every day it was away to check the progress of the repair online but got the same message as you, no repair exists. I received an email from O2 repairs to let me know when it was back at the O2 store for collection.

On second thoughts I wish I had, but as the phone was only 4/5 weeks old assumed o2 would just swap it over in store. The manager was nice and told me it would likely be a new phone but he couldn't authorise as outside the 14 day cooling off period.
