Any of you guys know how long before a repair job created in an O2 store is visible on the tracker. I have the ref etc but it keeps telling me that no repair exists. Shocked

The manager was nice and told me it would likely be a new phone but he couldn't authorise as outside the 14 day cooling off period.

He lied - It's 30 days !

either way, I was just out of time. If only the gremlins had got into the S6 a week before lol.. or better still not at all.

Wife pulling her hair out at having to use my old 930, lucky I hadn't traded it in yet.

Well, the phone was back before it was even added to the tracker... odd.

Just want to say that it was quick on being returned and had zero issues with the repair process.

Guess I am just lucky... given everyones feedback.

Yeah, a firmware flash is quick.
I'd keep your eye out for repeat problems.
