Hey everyone
I am in the process of returning some Galaxy Buds FE White (earphones)
I am finding the process extremely frustrating and slow. I guess now that they have been picked up for repair/ exchange I will need to wait “upto 2 weeks” for replacement.
this isn’t great customer service / experience
