Lost phone, requested new sim, didn't look like it was turning up, was sent out another one.
The one that took 4 days to arrive turned up, placed in phone, tried going through myo2 swapmysim, sending a message to my number that i think is completely blocked right now.
Text SWAP to 2020, cant even send the message.
Has the first sim i have been sent been blocked because i requested another one?
Now stuck in a queue on the landline trying to sort this out.
Customer service very helpful, already up and running 30 minutes later. Happy days.
