Network down in Wigan since 2pm. O2 shop totally useless. All we want from O2 is a network that WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm in north east wales, 6 miles from chester. Network has been down since about 1pm

I'm in Hertford. Down since 3:30pm. Total rubbish. Received my bill and wondered 'what exactly am I paying for?!'

Network down in enfield london since 2.30 pm real pain in the neck but been with 02 since day dot and never had this kind of fault so i cant complain
