Jonsie - I was given the code AINT3 on chat for NHS discount which is definitely NOT the department I work for. Guess I'll just have to wait 3 days for them to pick up the error and then be out of time.

Thanks Cleoriff. Yes I see that now I'm here but took 02 chat at face value and entered AINT3 before finding this forum. So I'm guessing it will take 3 days for them to determine I don't actually work wherever AINT3 is. I think 02 might be hoping everyone gives up but I'm no quitter lol!
