Hi @Anonymous. As you have seen changes have happened with O2 Open...Sadly not all employers are aware of this ...others have not received the code. Pleased you persisted and have now got it. The change was needed to avoid abuse of the system. It appears to be so difficult now I have a feeling people may just give up!

Same with me HappyFlower. 4 hours, 3 online chats and 2 phone conversations followed by 4 attempts for their system to accept my work email address, NI number and upload my payslip. Now have to wait 3 days to see what happens next apparently. Tbh I have far better things to be doing with my time but, like yourself, I will persevere as the discount was the reason I changed provider in the first place. Not impressed so far though.
