Hi @Anonymous. As you have seen changes have happened with O2 Open...Sadly not all employers are aware of this ...others have not received the code. Pleased you persisted and have now got it. The change was needed to avoid abuse of the system. It appears to be so difficult now I have a feeling people may just give up!

The changes came into effect on February 1st and we need to update the guides on here but are waiting for o2 to clarify the details to do so.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Discount varies by tariff but it is explained on the help link already posted.if you are classed as NHS the code is NHS01

Same with me HappyFlower.  4 hours, 3 online chats and 2 phone conversations followed by 4 attempts for their system to accept my work email address, NI number and upload my payslip.  Now have to wait 3 days to see what happens next apparently.  Tbh I have far better things to be doing with my time but, like yourself, I will persevere as the discount was the reason I changed provider in the first place.  Not impressed so far though.
