My02 app

Just want to raise one criticism of the My02 app on my Android phone. I'm a PAYG user and I've got a £3 web bolt-on active at the moment but the app doesn't tell how much data I've used/got left. I have to go to the 02 website to get this info. Any plans to add this missing feature to the app?

Gemz4the1 is an iPhone user so is using a completely different app from you.

Your best bet is to check the link that BoB posted above where he asked the question about the lack of detail in the Android My02 app for PAYG customers.

I have the My O2 app and it shows my remaining web data.

Have you got the most recent version of the app?

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?

Hello MosMing,

That was one question I asked in a recent online interview about the MyO2 App.

I do have an android aswell.
My advice was generic - check for most updated software and delete/reinstall the app - obviously if it's meant to be like that then it's meant to be like that.  Hopefully the app will be updated soon to provide people with more information - as it is pointless having the app if you still need to log in online to check for remaining balance and data.
