Hi. I very recently renewed my 3 SIMO contracts for 12 months. I have been trying to get the multisave discount by texting LOYALTY to 21500. I keep getting rejected and am trying to find out why. I previously had the multisave discount until I renewed the contracts.

You need to contact O2.

@MI5 Thanks for responding. I did call O2 and explained my issue. They advised to try texting LOYALTY from each number. They also said that it would be escalated and someone would be in touch with 24 hours. Its been over 4 working days and not heard anything back. Will try again.
