Logged Into Someone Else's Account!!

I was browsing the O2 website looking at Blackberry smartphones when I looked up and to my horror I realised that I was logged into someone else's account!!

The little notice at the top said welcome back Chris, this is not my name and is not my account.

O2 need to check out there website/accounts security and fast

Did you check further to see if it was actually your account details showing?

It's a bit worrying, O2 really need to make their website secure. It's not been the same since the redesign, even IE8 asks if you want to proceed!

And yes, please let us know the outcome.

Just had the same problem. Was looking at pay & go phones and noticed that Id only gone and changed my name to Harriet without me even knowing 😐

Always annoys me the international sites that don't even offer a log off option (eg Amazon). We all know the tinternet is not 100% safe but want to protect ourselves as best we can.

Harriet is a great name, are we sure it's not your's?
